How to sign up

So you've been to the website
www.formthefuture.com and you want to try FORM and sign up.
Either click the sign up buttons on the site or click here.
The page opens and looks like this:


Enter the information.
Your Taxpayer number is your SS number.
IF you do not wish to give them your SS number, go to the IRS site and apply online for an EIN/taxpayer id number.
You'll need this eventually when you are selling product.
It's FREE and you will get the number immediately after applying.
When you have finished filling out the form you will be given an id number.
You will be brought to an order sheet.
There is an enrollment fee. During special sign up periods the fee is waived with the placement of an order and an auto ship. The last special sign up period ended November 2nd.

A little while after you have enrolled you will get an email from O3world welcoming you and giving you further information.
